Don't panic, my friend. I have been there. A have been through 3 break ups. And I know what it's like. The feeling of loss and rejection can be very disempowering.

After I went through my first break up I decided that I will never allow myself to suffer like this again. But it happened again... and again. This is an emotion that just cannot be avoided (... although it can be overcome. I will show you the easy way to do this in this course!)

The third time I lost my girlfriend was in june 2011. She told me that it would be better for both of us if we break up. Hearing this from her was intense. Not because I hadn't experienced these feelings before, but because I really loved that girl. I decided that this time I will not let things stay like that. I decided that I will be proactive and do what is necessary to get her back.

Fastforward to now. This girl is still in my life. Because I got her back in my life. No one could have done it except me. This is true for you, too! If you don't do it, no one will.

What is to be learned from my experience?
Firsty- Realise that if you don't DO IT, you will never get back with your ex. You have to act. And you have to know what to do. If you don't know the necessary steps, chances are that you are going to make the situation worse.

And secondly- Before you make the decision to act, ask yourself these questions and answer honestly:
"Do I really want her back?"
"Did I enjoy this relationship?"
"What did I enjoy the most about it?"
"Will my life be better with that person back?"
Ask yourself these questions now, because every minute that goes by without being clear on this is wasted.

If your answer is YES... then you are in the right place.
